Subway in Trier

Food is actually quite delicious. Depending on the time, some of the breads are sometimes out. Also on January 10th, late in the afternoon, there was only wholegrain and honey oat, at least not the delicious cheese oregano. The staff is very nice, but often with language barriers.

Very nice staff, perfectly occupied sub. We recommend.

Fruit flies everywhere, absolutely unhygienic! That's not possible, but I usually love Subway.

Despite the big crowd and only two employees, things went quickly. It is continuously ventilated and disinfectants are also available. Staff were very friendly too. I can only recommend it.

Whole-grain bread is never there, no matter what time you come, the bread is not baked properly. Small flies on the sub when you open the paper ... anything but delicious !!

I am an American so I know how subway works. We came in around 18:00-19:00 on 15 Oct 2020. At this time there was probably 6 to 7 people in the line out the door to the tables. One left because it was taking too long. One worker was working the complete counter doing EVERYTHING and the other worker was doing the inventory from the delivery that just came in right before we got there. These two guys were doing their job very well. My complain is against the lazy guy dressed in blue (Manager/Supervisor) that works for Subway....Why did he not do the inventory or at least run the cash register??? BUT INSTEAD HE GOES OUTSIDE AND SMOKES A CIGARETTE INFRONT OF SUBWAY. With Managers/Supervisors like this you will never have team work or good personnel here. The Customer always comes first, especially for everybody above a worker. I now know why you are always looking for people. I do not know any of these men but I fill sorry for the 2 good workers.

Well, it's good and the staff is friendly. But the staff is changed weekly and I wonder if there is a good business policy. At the beginning the employees are friendly and later very unfriendly. Also on Sundays there are not all the ingredients you want. Now and then it is so that the happy hour prices are not given and you as a buyer have to tell the employees. Many employees do not even know what the offers are.

Unfortunately we weren't at peace, we've already been to their subway dishes once, unfortunately something was always missing whether it was the milk for the coffee machine or the onions in the food counter. It would be advisable to train employees and to regulate purchasing properly. The employees were friendly but unfortunately didn't know much about their job. I come from the field and I know what it takes in gastronomy ... Have a nice day !!

Everything you would expect from Subway (excellent sandwiches), also vegan options offered. Plus, staff speaks excellent English.

Unfortunately, it depends on who is on shift, how good the service is. Otherwise nice and a clean shop.

I am very often in subway restaurants, unfortunately with this one there is always something missing. Last time it was the cream cheese, today it was salad and yogurt sauce .... It's a shame, but the staff is always friendly

Baguette and / or ingredients were not available for 3 days in a row. On the first day there was only white bread at 6 p.m. On the second day no bread was baked at 6 p.m. either This branch is open until midnight. On the third day there would be bread, but then the Philly Beef was suddenly sold out (it was only 12 noon) I have never seen such a disorganized fast food chain in my life!

Was OK but the subways Petrisberg is cleaner and better organized

Great staff! When my sister collapsed today, everyone helped her quickly and professionally. Unfortunately we could not say thank you, so we would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much! We'll definitely be back! 5 stars plus !!!

Very tasty, freshly made sandwiches. Great attention is also paid to hygiene. Never seen a dirty table.

Nice subway...

I actually like Subway, so I give it two stars. But actually, this special shop would not have earned a single star. There were exactly 7 people in front of me in the queue and it took over half an hour to finally get my food. And that with four men behind the counter !? Very poorly organized people. It is also absolutely disgusting if (despite the cold weather!) The flies crawl around in the fresh food counter and argue about the grated cheese. I ordered something with other ingredients, but nothing like that! The mug to take away is then available without a lid and straw, so you have to ask first. On the way I noticed that there were no napkins. As a customer you cannot feel comfortable here, I will not stop there anytime soon.

I like to go there as the staff is always friendly and nice. The food is quite good, there is always something for the small and big hunger! Super delicious and fast Eessen

No, no no. They had so many flys this summer and that could freely rich the food containers..i wonder what else have free accsess to food there. Cats? Dogs? Rats???

Its subway, and the german type of cant pay by card for less than 5 euro

We (two students) ordered student deal menus. We forgot to mention this, but the staff were kind enough to go to the effort of reversing our orders, which was a lot of hassle as we had paid by card, and subsequently paid the appropriate amount. Great service!
